Recruitment Advertising

Pendragon works closely with our specialist recruitment advertising company RAA Sprague Gibbons. With the benefit of their expertise we are able to assist our clients in finding candidates whilst building brand awareness. Sprague Gibbons has a uniquely human approach to recruitment advertising, taking time to understand the individual challenges of each client. We are able to create end to end programmes of Advertising, PR, Candidate Response Management and Administration, Employee Relationship Management, Newsletters and Surveys.

Campaign Management

Pendragon’s Campaign Management Programme can be provided with or without the benefits of Avalon, (Pendragon’s internet based recruitment workflow programme) but in either case Pendragon work with each client individually to make recommendations and to select the modules of a managed recruitment campaign.

• Telephones manned 7.00am to 9.00pm six days per week

Open Days

Holding an open day or evening provides an excellent way of inviting interested applicants to an informal event in strategic surroundings. Candidates sourced in this method are able to be assessed on the spot via a fast track program of assessments and interviews within the duration of the event. This format allows candidates and interviewers to gain a greater depth of appreciation of each other at a very early stage.
